31% Body Weight Reduction?????

The results are in… here are the numbers.

Aafter 16 weeks of our Insulin Resistance Reversal Program with multiple cohorts with hundreds of participants:

  • 93% of participants had a positive health shift.
  • 50% reduced their body weight by at least 5%.
  • 34% lost 5-10%
  • 16% lost over 10% body weight.

AND our greatest reducer lost 31% of their body weight.

Overall 56% reduced the risk of development of type 2 diabetes for the group.

Blood test results showed improvements in triglycerides, blood sugar, HDL, and LDL, and also saw improvements in waist circumference (up to a 10-inch reduction!), and improved blood pressure.

None of which has been accomplished by the traditional dieting models nor the national Diabetes Prevention Model either.

AND the year over year data showed that the improvements were long-lasting….as in not a fluke or a fad diet or program.

ALL this from a hormonally centered lifestyle program that measures weight, but is NOT a weight loss program. Nor is it a low-fat, daily calorie reduction concept.

No prescribed foods, no medications, no other products of any kind.

ALL this was done sight unseen. We never met our participants in person, they participated via life or recorded webinars, digital workbooks, and one on one phone health coaching.

Since running these cohort programs I have learned a lot more about retraining hormonal and metabolic pathways to become metabolically flexible. I discovered how to build in synergistic lifestyle modifications to produce a greater health impact and prevent future issues from developing as well as avoid problems that can come when one loses significant amounts of weight……things most people don’t consider if they know about.
