How much money would I save on food during my 30-Day Fast?
I believe I would save $600 in direct food costs, which might be closer to 900 if I think about it, and add in the occasional outings, more if I was out with my kids.
I don’t drink coffee shop coffee, so some would save that.
I don’t drink alcohol, but some would save there.
I don’t drink energy drinks, so many would find savings there.
I don’t do restaurant dining, so there’s that over the cost of food.
There are no snack foods for me, so the convenience of savings can be big for our snackers out there.
No door dash for me or other restaurant delivery services. That’s a significant saving for many others.
What would your savings be if you did a 30-Day Fast?
Take a second and really think about it.
Use a real week’s view based on what you are currently doing. Not what you used to do. Not what you think you do. Not what you really want to be doing. The more accurate and honest the numbers, the clearer the potential savings will be.
Take a typical week and add it up, and times it by 4 for a rough estimate.
