Need A Change?
Set The Intention
What the heck does that really mean?
Here’s my take:
Make a plan for what you want to do, change, start, return to, or accomplish.
Add all the details you can think of to prepare for said action before you take it.
Plan it out, write it out, think it through, review it before doing it, and then do it as planned.
Then, it’s about sticking to your plan, course-correcting through the experience of actually doing it, reflecting on the process, tightening it up, and doing it again.
Then again. Onward and upward.
Get a calendar. Structure the time and activity. Set yourself up with what you need to succeed in writing and any physical or environmental support you may need.
Don’t leave things to chance.
Don’t just think it, ink it.
Please stick to it long enough to determine the outcome or benefits.
Don’t judge until you have fully tried it and given it your all.
Give it your all, and you will succeed.
Ask for help when needed.
Be accountable.
Once you have succeeded, teach others how you did it.
Then, move on to the next change you want.
We can do better!
